Robert possesses a track record shared by only a handful of the top real estate experts in the country. In 1980, he completed his first transaction as a new agent representing the buyers of the Marina Pacifica Mall in Long Beach, for $16 million. During his first year, he represented professional investors in the purchase of over $250 million in commercial real estate. Over the course of his career, Robert has been involved in the development, construction, sale and purchase of land, retail, office, commercial, and residential real estate. He has worked for major banks and institutions in purchasing and liquidating real estate, assisted scores of professional investors at every level, and helped home buyers and sellers in every category. His immense experience and real estate wisdom brings a calm, steady hand in the midst of challenges.

Robert finds it very gratifying to help people with such an important investment. He recognizes that people need and deserve the best representation because real estate is complex and the dollar amounts are high.

Robert has held six professional licenses in the fields of insurance, securities and real estate. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Public Administration and Political Science from CSU Long Beach. Graduate studies include Law School, Public Administration and Environmental Studies.

A skilled and experienced real estate professional, Carla brings a rare and valued, caring touch to every transaction. In 2007, she became Broker/Owner of Capital Development Corporation, a full service brokerage and development company. Her company served as authorized REO Broker and Asset Manager for two major banks, First Federal Bank and One West Bank. Capital Development oversaw the liquidation of more than 120 distressed properties, from pre-foreclosure stage through repairs, staging, marketing and sale. Her firm also advised clients on the purchase of investment properties and management of the acquired properties.

Carla brings a unique perspective to real estate because of her background in the healthcare industry. She worked extensively with seniors, and served as onsite manager of a large retirement community. Carla, “Cat” to her friends, enjoys helping clients navigate the big changes in their lives by providing the information, resources, and humanity, necessary to make the transition as easy as possible. Carla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from CSU Fullerton, and has held licenses in Real Estate, Securities and Insurance.

Lily’s specialty is Public Relations. And she’s very, very good. Lily is a rare breed of shepherd, the Laekenois. They are related to the Malinois, prized by police and military around the world. They even guard the White House.

With her calm, gentle nature, Lily loves serving as a volunteer therapy dog. She has visited thousands of patients all over the Coachella Valley. Lily holds an AKC Canine Good Citizen certificate and has earned the coveted AKC Therapy Dog designation.
